Our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete deck. This polyurethane foam was injected under the sunken concrete to fill voids and restore it to the original state. After the concrete restoration was completed, NexusPro was applied to joints and cracks. This prevents concrete from further settling and cracking in the future.

The concrete pool deck now looks brand new. Tripping hazards have been eliminated, and this family can now reclaim their summer hangout spot!

Our method permanently addressed the root causes of moisture and instability, as seen in the after photo, resulting in a dry, structural sound space with a concrete foundation fit for storage.
