Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Dunstable, Massachusetts, had old wooden supports in their basement that they would like to have replaced. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the existing wooden supports with SmartJacks. Our installation team installed 4 SmartJacks into the basement. As you can see in the before photo, the uneven concrete posed a significant risk. The owner of Thomson Builders was building a home and the foundation has a large horizontal crack. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the newly constructed home to examine the crack. The crack extends 18' horizontally down the wall. Paul suggested that Erickson installs PowerBraces on the foundation wall. Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and installed the PowerBrace and secured the foundation wall. 

Our team was called out to a home in Stow, Massachusetts to find a solution to a burnt-out SaniDry plug. The homeowner called EFS to book a service call with one of our Service Technicians. Our Service Tech Justin came out to the home and proceeded to address the plug on the SaniDry. 

Justin found the plug of the SaniDry was plugged into a surge-protected power strip which must have shorted because it was charred when Justin showed up. Justin brought an extra power cord that works with the SaniDry and rerouted the power to a different outlet because the old plug needed to be repaired. 

A homeowner in Stow, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for the past 20 years. Over the past 20 years, they have always had dampness in their crawlspace and have finally wanted to prevent the moisture and the damp smell in their crawlspace. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended encapsulating the crawlspace in the basement with CleanSpace. 

Our team encapsulated the entire crawlspace to prevent moisture from entering the crawlspace using CleanSpace.
