Only gave a 4 because a CRM monitor was installed in a bad location giving a false reading. It was ultimately corrected.
Always prompt and kept me informed of what they were doing and when they'd be done.
Always left the areas worked in as clean as when they arrived.
What made you choose our company:
I had another mitigation company come in and they rushed through the walk through, threw out a price with no info on what were going to do. Didn't seem too interested in details. They also couldn't handle the concrete work required for the mitigation system to work correctly. That's when I contacted Erikson, as they could do both the concrete and the radon system. Andrew took time to understand the situation and develop a plan, then took the time to go over the base requirements plus system options if desired.
