The office staff had excellent customer service, and the crew was courteous, hardworking and efficient. The PolyLEVEL product was ideal for helping the wall keep stay together and strong.

Stephen was great! The day he showed up was really bad weather and it made it hard for him, so he showed up the next day and got the remaining information he needed. He gave me the quote and told me he lived in the neighborhood so he would be glad to meet up and review the proposal if needed. I was very impressed with him overall.

I had a great dehumidifier installed with tubing to outside so that I do not have to empty it. The install was taken care of very quickly and I was very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience with your company on a number of occasions. First of all it all starts with the ladies who answer the phones, they are always so friendly and upbeat and handle questions fully and expeditiously. Next, I dealt with one of your sales reps, Tom Armano, on pricing the installation of two basement egress windows and he was outstanding to deal with and went above and beyond in offering to help with any questions I had on his own time. Finally, my experience with Justin inspecting and ultimately replacing a number of sump pumps and a battery system was outstanding. The manner in which he conducted himself and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly educate me and put me at ease was greatly appreciated. Both Tom and Justin were friendly and upbeat as the office staff. Kudos to Roger the service manager who also took the time to speak to me, same experience as I had with everyone else. 

Overall an enjoyable, painfree process to have my basement floor leveled and filled. The installation crew kept things clean, they were courteous and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their work.

As a new homeowner, I think the entire staff from sales to installation crew are awesome. Mike was awesome, on time, and professional! Nick and Nate did a fantastic job. From start to finish they kept it pro. Looks like the basement is cleaner now.
