Had the Sanidry system installed in my basement/garage. The crew (Melvin H., Anthony V, and Angel P) were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the job within the allocated time. I appreciated that they were able to undercut a doorjamb vs cutting the doorjamb and removing a wall. This helped maintain the integrity of my basement and garage. The guys took the time to walk me through the project and installed system after completion.

We had used PolylLEVEL for a repair in the past in Virginia. We went with Erickson because they are within the same network of Supportworks. They were a professional company, even for a smaller job. Very pleasant, informative, courteous and thorough.

As a new homeowner, I think the entire staff from sales to installation crew are awesome. Mike was awesome, on time, and professional! Nick and Nate did a fantastic job. From start to finish they kept it pro. Looks like the basement is cleaner now.

Every person I interacted with was professional and responsive. My original appointment needed to be changed. I could not accommodate the change and Erickson Foundation Solutions honored the original appointment time. The installer Joe was VERY informative and ensured he properly cleaned the areas he did work on to include SWEEPING THE STREET where a very little amount of concrete dust settled. I will use these guys again and plan on hiring them to assist with waterproofing our basement.

Our first time using Erickson Support Works. The entire experience was stellar. Paul from the site analysis team was extremely competent and customer focused. He did a great job analyzing our problems, discussed various solutions, and mapped out a design that met our needs and budget. I can’t say enough about the implementation team. Nick and his crew were courteous, professional, and very conscientious. Nick was on site for 2 days, and kept us informed every step of the way. They showed a great attention to detail and cleaned up the affected areas amazing well when they were all done. The office staff is pleasant and professional. Overall, we really felt taken care of and have the piece of mind that a great company stands behind their work. Highly recommended !
