I want to particularly thank Lorenzo the crew leader for the way he managed the work, communicated with us, viewed and problem-solved our upstairs cracks and what they might mean,; and for how he showed great professionalism and flexibility when final inspection revealed some additional steps.  And in his absence Tyler also communicated very effectively - the whole team was great to work with.   As we now monitor the situation and consider if there will be any further stages to the work if needed in the future, know that we will call on your company without hesitation for further work.  

I would like to personally share the excellent service and knowledge I had throughout the several visits Gerry made to my condo property. I had radon flagged during an inspection for a real estate transaction in my high-rise concrete condo. Erickson was able to put me in touch right away with a specialist, and I was lucky to have Gerry as my specialist. Not only did he educate me, my condo management team and potential buyer with radon mitigation alternatives, he went above and beyond working with my building superintendent to review building plans, crawl spaces and duct work to find a solution that eventually reduced my radon levels.Gerry is kind, attentive, patient and has a natural ability to connect with his customers as he is a great listener and problem solver.Aside from Gerry, my phone and text contact with Melissa, was also wonderful. I hired Erickson to raise a basement slab using foam. The entire experience was professional, on time, pleasant, and achieved excellent results. Our slab had voids from 1-5" and substantial slump. It is now level enough to either need no additional leveling or just a small amount of self-leveling type of products, depending on the exact spot. I would definitely use Erickson again. The entire crew, from on-site estimation, back-office, to installation were all fantastic.
