I had a detailed walk-thru of the entire property for an assessment and was provided a recommendation for what needed to be completed. I had my garage concrete slab lifted/sealed at the perimeter and a drain installed at the garage entrance to drain the water away from the house. The crews that came out to do the work were professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The entire process was stress free and everything was explained to me. I am extremely happy with the completed job.

I recently purchased a home in Wolfeboro, NH and the garage concrete floor required reinforcement as it was compromised. I contacted Erickson through a referral, and Jason assessed and presented a proposal for the work. He took the time to explain the most feasible and cost effective option. Tyler and Nigel came to do the job, and they were highly professional and explained every step throughout the process. They even encouraged me to watch them during each step and ask any questions I had - which was greatly appreciated. I was highly satisfied with all of the folks at Erickson, including the office staff that worked with me on the proposal and the scheduling of the job. I highly recommend Erickson for any concrete or foundation work and will most definitely contact them for any future needs.

Scott, the sales consultant was fabulous, responsive and understanding. Gilberto, Angel, Jeff & Brian (the technicians) were communicative, skilled, polite and neat. Nate, the finisher bent over backwards, neat, polite, and skilled. The office admin was communicative, fair and polite. GREAT company to work with starting with 1st contact with Scott. Worked thru bumps easily and with much satisfaction. A great company for a homeowner to work with.

I just had the most amazing technician leave my house. I called with an emergency because my pump had died. I was so worried I was going to flood. I was told someone would be out later tonight after 5:00pm. The technician called and said he could be there in just 2 hours. I watched him as he changed the pump out and he worked so quickly yet efficiently. As he changed out the pump he explained the system to me and how it functions. Every time he went to the van and back he would wipe this feet before entering my home and always closed the door behind him. Very professional and clearly a great asset to the company. Would have him back out here in a heartbeat.

Had a radon remediation system installed. Everything was excellent from my initial call, to the estimator, to the office staff and especially the installers Brandon and Kyle. They took their time locating placement and installing. They did a great job cleaning up and explained everything. Great job, thank you.

They did a great job and were very neat. Josh and Spencer were on site for the entire project, kept us updated and were great to work with. They completed the job on time despite the rain.

I would highly recommend Erickson Foundation Supportworks! They were all fantastic to work with from the office help to the quote process, in which the pricing was reasonable, given the age of the house. John was very helpful and patient with all my questions and the time it took me to think about such a large job. The work crew (led by Scott who was very knowledgeable and helpful), were all very competent, well trained, professionals, who were also super pleasant to deal with. Given the complexity of the project, they went "WAAAAYYYYY" above and beyond the requirement, including adding custom woodworking without any additional cost. they were neat and cleaned the work area well every day. They also had a senior person come out to help assess the work (Nathan), who was obviously an expert in the field, and who explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They all wore masks, kept socially distanced from me, and were very safety conscious in general. A crew member even offered to move my generator outside for me for a storm that was coming. I would definitely use them again if needed. Wonderful company.

Installed a radon remediation system. Was originally quoted to have two holes in my foundation to remove it all, but after some investigation they found that I only needed one. Saved me a chunk of money, and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend them!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this young man was. I have a finished basement and my sump pumps had failed in the middle of the night. My alarm went off and I was in a panic I was going to flood. I called the emergency phone number at 1:30am and a young man had answered in 2 rings. He seemed wide awake. I told him my problem and he told me he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up before that and was so kind and courteous. He was able to replace my failed equipment right then and there which I couldn’t believe. He even took the time to explain to me the system I had it place. He was such an amazing boy. I can’t begin to explain the peace of mind this boy gave me. I felt so bad for him having to come out at such a late hour knowing he had to work in the morning. Whoever he is I hope he gets to see this review and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset he is.

Everyone I dealt with from Erickson has been knowledgable, helpful and friendly. All of my questions (and there were a lot of them) have been answered quickly and thoroughly. The job was scheduled quickly and we're happy with the results!

The crew was hard working and had excellent work ethic. I chose Erickson Foundation Supportworks because of their good reviews and Nate was a great individual. They have excellent staff and are a great all around company. 

Erickson seemed to understand the problem better than other companies, and the price was right.
