Justin came to check our system. He was super friendly and explained everything very well. He went through the pump, told us how it worked, he cleaned out the grates and showed us how to get the grates up. I hope he’ll be back next year when we call for the yearly check.

Erickson came up with a plan fast and correctly to repair our house slanting towards the back. Andy and the crew were incredible and fast, made it look easy.

We chose Erickson Foundation Supportworks because they offered a method to level our deck that 1) did not require digging large, deep holes and pouring concrete piers,  2) was compatible with the existing structure, 3) would work well with the poor soil conditions in our backyard (they installed one pier that went about 16' into the ground and another that went about 11'), and 4) could be done relatively quickly (one long day) and with relatively little disruption of the site.  We were already somewhat familiar with helical pier technology, and felt comfortable it would work well in our situation. Our deck, situated above a walk-out basement, had not originally been installed or anchored properly.  Erickson was able to offer a solution that did not require a total rebuilding of the deck, and made us feel the deck would be secure and safe to use when the work was completed.  The installation process was impressive and handled very professionally.  The accompanying warranty also made us feel very comfortable with choosing Erickson to do this job.   We have recommended this company to others in our subdivision that needed similar work done to their decks. We feel comfortable with the work that was done, like the fact this is a family business, enjoyed working with everyone involved, and felt the cost was reasonable given the work that was done.

The crew worked effectively and cooperatively to resolve the water issue. Everyone involved was very attentive, instructive and had good communication. Definitely a good crew! Job well done!

Erickson put in a new radon system and sealed my basement cracks.  Pre-work, my radon levels were above the dangerous level of +4.  After the work it is under 1 and a safe constant level.  Also, a part broke ~6mos in and Erickson was prompt to repair at no charge.  Justin, their tech, was professional and pleasant to work with.  Recommended.
