Erickson put in a new radon system and sealed my basement cracks.  Pre-work, my radon levels were above the dangerous level of +4.  After the work it is under 1 and a safe constant level.  Also, a part broke ~6mos in and Erickson was prompt to repair at no charge.  Justin, their tech, was professional and pleasant to work with.  Recommended.

I had a leak in my storage room. I got a quote and the techs came and did a fabulous job on putting in a Sump pump. Everyone is so friendly and the quote gave me 3 options for handling the situation. Planning on getting them to do a Sanidry dehumidifier in my basement. Very pleased.

Starting with a thorough, detailed, professional assessment by Isaac and ending with the sense of "mission accomplished" you see here in the faces of the men who worked on the project, our experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions was five-star, beginning to end. We had on our hands a repeatedly flooded basement, but Milton, George, Anthony, Collin and Corey rolled up their sleeves and did the hard, dusty, heavy work to ameliorate the situation. When torrential rain arrived less than two days after the completion, and the basement stayed dry, we knew we'd found the right professionals for the job.

The process was very easy to accomplish. Frequent updates and scheduling proved to be on point. The installers took the time to explain the process and were professional. 

Justin was extremely knowledgeable in the operation of the equipment and took the time to explain the parts that had worn out and needed replacement. He also reviewed the estimated lifetime of various parts. He was attentive to every detail including reading the past work orders contained in a sleeve near the equipment. He worked out a plan for replacing various parts in the system to ensure it was fail-safe. His experience level and ability to work well with customers is outstanding. Before leaving, Justin was careful to clean up and leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived. 

The crew was on time, neat and clean. The sales person showed clearly what was wrong.

Everything looks great. The team provided good explanations of services, and everyone was friendly and informative.

John answered all my questions and concerns, and after his presentation I had a better understanding of what is happening with the foundation. He also gave me options to consider to prevent future damage. I greatly appreciated the level of detail and clarity in his presentation. The install crew arrived ontime and the crack seal was done neatly and efficiently. They did an impeccable job.

The two technicians that came were very professional, explained what they were doing, and had me check their work after they were done. Your company needs to realize that the people whom I met with in person were super people to do business with. The personnel who I delt with on the phone were nice people to work with as well. To start, Debra Rayborn was the face of your company who came to my home. She is very knowledgeable on the issues I was dealing with in my home. She described to me the work that your company does and she gave me a book. I read the book and I asked her a few questions over the phone and I got the information I needed to make a decision. Next the three fine men you sent to my home to get the job done, Shai, JB and Elyza. When they showed up at my home Shai walked my basement with me and discussed the work with me. I asked a few questions and he gave me what I was looking for. I also discussed the particulars of my home with him. I discussed the water supply and electrical power outside of my home and in the basement. I discussed a change that I would like to make and he was very accommodating. It required a change order. The work that your three men did in my home is physically demanding. They work hard taking short breaks and right back to work. When they had to come for another half day they took it in stride. I was very appreciative of their efforts and good work. On their last day here, I bought them lunch from Joe’s Meat Shoppe in North Hampton and I gave them each a few extra $. They truly deserved it. Thank-you for having such great people. If you ever need someone to speak on your behalf on the people and quality of their work, I would be happy to.
