We just had a wonderful service visit yesterday to check on our broken sump pump and run down battery.  The technician was extremely prompt, friendly, and well versed in everything that was going on with our house.  Thank you for having such a terrific and competent team!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this young man was. I have a finished basement and my sump pumps had failed in the middle of the night. My alarm went off and I was in a panic I was going to flood. I called the emergency phone number at 1:30am and a young man had answered in 2 rings. He seemed wide awake. I told him my problem and he told me he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up before that and was so kind and courteous. He was able to replace my failed equipment right then and there which I couldn’t believe. He even took the time to explain to me the system I had it place. He was such an amazing boy. I can’t begin to explain the peace of mind this boy gave me. I felt so bad for him having to come out at such a late hour knowing he had to work in the morning. Whoever he is I hope he gets to see this review and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset he is.

We reached out to Erickson Foundation Supportworks after seeing their commercial on WMUR. The salesperson Rob was great and explained everything about the repair thoroughly. Chris came to do the work and was extremely pleasant and upbeat, explained everything nicely about the process.

I would recommend this company, they did an excellent job on my radon system installation and are a courteous company. The salesperson was very responsive and the installation crew was professional and knowledgeable.  If we have any issues with our basement in the future, we will contact Erickson Foundation Supportworks again.
