We had a crew of four perform installation of an interior perimeter drain and window well ducts over two consecutive days in April 2022. The crew consisted of Anthony Rivas (foreman), Melvin Hidalgo, Justin Gouthier, and George Gouthier, all were conscientous and pleasant. They arrived at the time promised each day. Anthony answered our numerous questions and made us as comfortable as possible especially in light of the invasive nature of jackhammering the concrete floor of our basement, etc, his explanations were very helpful. We also found our dealings with office staff (thanks Nicki, Kim, and Cassidy!) to be great! Good company to deal with!

I don't write reviews very often but Erickson Foundation Supportworks should be the role model for how every service related business should operate. From the initial phone call and subsequent follow ups, Dave went above and beyond helping us figure out the best action plan to fix our foundation dilemma. I am a contractor and deal with a lot of great companies but these folks raised the bar.

Dave, Matt, and Joe were the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and industrious. I'm very happy with the crew's work. Elizabeth and Judy in the office were great to work with as well. I liked Nate's visit, he spent more than an hour here explaining everything. I liked that Nate was able to identify multiple areas for improvement in my foundation and offer those services. Your warranty was important, too. The install guys took me down to the crawlspace to show me their work, I very much appreciate their hard work. 

The crew went above and beyond, doing well to explain the installation and results of the job. All contractual items were completed to my satisfaction. 

Overall satisfaction for the company was great! 

This was a second-round on this installation, and I am very happy with the final result. I was less than satisfied after my initial experience, but the company really came through and turned the experience around. I am very satisfied that my crawlspace and floor have been repaired to the furthest degree possible given the age of the house. I would absolutely hire Erickson again, and I highly recommend them as a foundation repair contractor.

I couldn't find another company to fix my cinder block foundation like EFS. Ed, Ryan, Abdou, & Tyler were all very professional. They did a great job explaining what they were doing and made sure we were happy with what was done. I was very impressed by how quickly it was completed. Thank you!!

Our home developed cracks in the foundation walls resulting in water entry. Repairs included sealing the cracks and installing a sump system to drain any recurring water.

All the crewmen were wonderful and polite. The 10 year warranty was important, showed me that you will stand behind your work. Thank you very much!
