In the before photo, notice the persistent water intrusion at the base of the walls in this Manchester, NH commercial building for uniform washing. Despite having several new sump pumps, water failed to reach them efficiently. To resolve this issue, we expertly installed WaterGuard, our sub-floor perimeter drainage system, which channels water seepage to the sump pumps before it disrupts interior spaces. As seen in the after photo, our intervention ensures reliable drainage, preventing clogs and drying the basement permanently. This offers peace of mind for continued business operations.
