This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts had a sump pump in their basement that had stopped working. Since the pump stopped working the basement has had higher water and humidity issues. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their existing sump pump to see if it could be salvageable. Our Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick met with the homeowner and inspected the basement and the sump pump and recommended replacing the sump that no longer works with our TripleSafe. Our Installation Team led by Branden Edwards arrived at the home and replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe. 

A homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts is in the midst of multiple home improvement projects. Replacing her sump pump to maintain a dry basement is a priority. Her basement floods when it rains and has experienced up to 8 inches of water at a time. This homeowner wants to prevent water buildup and eliminate the exposure of mold, which is why she reached out to our team for a permanent solution.

Our Design Specialist recommended installing WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, along the edges of the basement. This would then filter to our SuperSump, an economical yet very effective pump system that can pump 2,220 gallons of water an hour safely out of the home. After talking to our specialist, this homeowner opted to get the SuperSump installed. Our installation crew dismantled the old sump pump and put the SuperSump in place. Additionally, IceGuard was added to the outside drainage line. This product is designed to keep water flowing freely despite cold temperatures and prevent freezing pipes.

With this system in place, the homeowner's basement will be kept safe. Our team was happy to offer a sump pump system that meets her basement's needs.

They have lived in the home for the past 40 years and this year has been the worst one to date. They are tired of cleaning up water in the basement so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system into their basement to prevent water from entering and collecting on the floor of the basement. 

A homeowner in Hudson, NH had water entering his foundation faster than he could get rid of it. Using the basement as a space for his woodshop, unwanted water made it tough to work. For someone who was getting to an older age, the homeowner no longer had the energy to shop vac the basement every time the basement flooded. He reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution.

Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TrenchDrain surface drainage, our TripleSafe sump pump system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This system is designed to collect water along the border of the foundation, filter it to the sump pump system, and then remove it from the home through an exterior drainage line. The SaniDry Sedona eliminates moisture, creating a comfortable living space, especially preventing wood rot. A feed line was installed from the old sump basin to distribute water to the new sump pump system.

With this system in place, the basement will permanently stay dry. This homeowner can now enjoy his woodshop with peace of mind.
