A homeowner in Hollis, New Hampshire, had reached out to EFS about finding a solution to prevent water from seeping into the basement. The homeowners have dealt with this issue for a while and were tired of cleaning up the mess so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement to find a solution to the water penetration. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a full-perimeter drianage system around the basement to prevent further penetration.
A homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire, had water entering the basement from a cold joint. The water entered the basement and overwhelmed the existing sump pump until it failed. Then the water continued to rise, causing damage to the finished basement.
