Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts called EFS for a sump pump service appointment. Their sump pump inside their garage had stopped working and water was trickling down the driveway and coming in and collecting on the floor. Our service technician cleaned out the sump pump to make sure it worked. Before he left our service technician recommended an upgraded system that utilized an UltraSump and a 10' TrenchLock across the mouth of the garage. This system will ensure that no water will collect in the garage. 

A homeowner in Fremont, New Hampshire, had lived in their 1920s home for over a decade and had seen water leaking through their old bulkhead door. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their bulkhead to find a solution to prevent water from seeping into the basement. 

Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the bulkhead door and determined that the wooden and concrete base had given way to allow water to flow into the basement. Our specialist recommended replacing the bulkhead with a new one. Before leaving the home our specialist measured the bulkhead so our installation team could install the correct size door.

A year after moving in they noticed water puddles popping up everywhere in the basement and they would like to find a solution. They reached out to multiple waterproofing contractors but decided to go forward with Erickson Foundation Solutions. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement. After their detailed look at the basement, we recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system into the basement to eliminate any water concerns for the homeowner. 

Our installation team installed WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe, IceGuard, and Exterior Drainage to prevent water from entering their home.
