A homeowner in East Kingston, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for 50 years. They have seen water entering their basement for a very long time. More recently they have started to smell an odor that continues to get stronger. They called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system. This system will mitigate the water from the basement and eliminate the smell. 

A homeowner in Georgetown, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 17 years. Many of those years had them dealing with a crack in their garage that was leaking water. The homeowner wanted to solve this problem after it being a nuisance on and off for approximately a decade. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the crack in the garage. The design specialist recommended installing a Sani Dry, a sump pump with battery backup, and a Freeze Guard to the basement to reduce the amount of moisture in the basement.
