Carport Leveling in Swansea, MA

In Swansea, MA, a homeowner faced a significant issue with a carport that had settled four inches. This type of problem can lead to further structural concerns and diminish the property's value, as you notice in the before photo. We addressed this issue using the advanced PolyLevel system, effectively stabilizing and leveling the sunken concrete slab. Our technique involved injecting high-strength polyurethane foam to meticulously lift the slab back to its original position, as illustrated in the after photo. By doing so, we ensured long-lasting stability and peace of mind for the homeowner.

Warehouse Floor has Settled, Needs to be Lifted, Lawrence, MA

This commercial property in Lawrence, Massachusetts was experiencing some settlement on the warehouse floor. The owner would like to have the settled part of the warehouse floor lifted back to level. They decided to call EFS for an inspection.

Design Specialist John Prince inspected the area where the settlement is occurring. After a careful assessment of the warehouse floor, John recommended PolyLevel to level the settled area.

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team arrived at the warehouse and injected PolyLevel under the slab and leveled the warehouse floor.
