Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for the past 40 years. The home was built in the 1880s and the slab in the garage had settled and the homeowner would like to have it repaired before they redo the driveway. The owner of a building in Haverhill, Massachusetts, built the building to help those who have brain injuries that are confined to wheelchairs. Over the past couple of months, the owner has seen settlement around their building making it difficult to get wheelchairs in and out of the building. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel under the concrete to lift the concrete back to its original position. When the project was complete the owner found that getting wheelchairs in and out of the building was a lot easier than it was before. 

This homeowner in Canton, MA was tired of having an unsightly tripping hazard on their stamped concrete patio. Over the years, the concrete had gradually been settling at one of the joints. The void beneath this section of the concrete needed to be filled in order to raise it back up. After installation, the tripping hazard had vanished, and the joints were sealed to prevent further water from flowing beneath the slab.  The white resiude will be washed away and cleaned before our crew leaves for the day, leaving the homeowner with a fixed and clean patio.
