This homeowner in West Warwick, RI was concerned with the cracks and sunken concrete around their inground pool. Our team installed PolyLevel to lift the sunken concrete sections, which also stabilized and protected the slab from future settlement. NexusPro silicone caulking was then used to seal all the cracks and joints to ensure unwanted water wasn't flowing beneath the slab or eroding away soil beneath the concrete.
A homeowner in Bellingham, Massachusetts had noticed his pool deck slowly sinking and cracking for the past 15 years. Over time, the sinkage had progressively gotten worse. Looking to resolve this concrete issue before matters get even worse, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete pool deck. Polyurethane foam was injected underneath the concrete slabs, instantly lifting the concrete. Our installation crew then leveled the concrete by using slab jacks. With the concrete stabilized and restored to its original position, the crew then installed NexusPro to the joints and cracks to prevent further settling and cracking. This also provided an attractive finish.

This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts, was experiencing water pooling in their garage after every rainstorm. The water that was coming into the garage from the driveway was causing the foundation to sink. Design Specialist Jason Furrey came to the home to inspect the homeowner's concerns. Jason confirmed that there was a leak in the roof of the garage causing water to come into the garage and settle on the garage floor. Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and used PolyLevel to lift the sinking garage floor.
A homeowner, having just moved into a new residence, emphasized the need to restore their pool deck. The concrete had shifted and become uneven due to settlement, posing hazardous trip risks. In pursuit of a company that could ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the pool deck, they contacted Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended the use of PolyLevel and NexusPro for the restoration of the concrete deck.
