A company in Waltham, Massachusetts started to notice small shifts in their concrete paths around the building. Sunken concrete near staircases also created trip hazards that the company wanted to resolve immediately. Taking a proactive approach to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing walkway, they reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro joint sealant. The PolyLevel was used to fill voids underneath the concrete that have been caused by soil settling. This polyurethane foam is a permanent solution for concrete repair, taking a fraction of the time and cost that it would to replace concrete. Once installed, the PolyLevel will instantly raise concrete back to its original position. The NexusPro joint sealant is a highly flexible, silicone-based caulking material that is designed to withstand drying, cracking, and bubbling. This product seals joins from water infiltration and provides a clean look.
With PolyLevel and NexusPro installed, the company now has a safe and attractive walkway that enhances the overall look of the property.
