A homeowner in Sanbornville, New Hampshire had water leaking into their basement from the feed to their swimming pool. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended a solution to sealing the crack. He recommended using crack injection to seal off the area where water was coming from the concrete and where the feed line was installed. We also touched up some of the concrete around the feed line.
Notice the problematic sunken slab in the before photo from our project. The homeowner in North Reading, MA needed to preserve the life of their pool deck and remove trip hazards. Our expert team used the PolyLevel® system to lift and stabilize the sunken area. By injecting high-strength polyurethane foam, we precisely restored the slab. The rest of the pool deck was void filled for long-lasting stability. We further enhanced durability and appearance with NexusPro® Joint Sealant, expertly sealing cracks and preventing future damage.
In Kingston, NH, a homeowner faced a significant challenge with a section of their pool deck that was down by an inch, creating a trip hazard. As seen in the before photo, this uneven concrete needed a reliable fix. To address this issue, we at Erickson Foundation Solutions implemented our proven PolyLevel® system. By injecting high-strength polyurethane foam through minimally invasive, pea-sized holes, we precisely stabilized and lifted the concrete slab. In the after photo, you’ll see the pool deck returned to its original level, eliminating the safety hazard effectively.
Our PolyLevel specialists helped this homeowner with their uneven concrete pool deck in Taunton, MA. Some of the concrete slabs had settled and trip hazards had formed. The joints were also exposed and allowing water to flow beneath the concrete, which is what was causing the concrete to settle. Once PolyLevel was injected to lift and stabilize the concrete, the joints were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from getting underneath, and to also provide a nice finished look on the surface.
This homeowner in Wakefield, Massachusetts had an ongoing issue with their stoop. The stoop was sinking and cracking. The stoop had sunk more than 3 inches and the homeowners wanted the concrete to be brought back up to the siding of the house. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and proposed that the homeowners use PolyLevel to lift the concrete and then seal the cracks using Crack Seal. Chris Hanulec and Nick Melo came to the home and lifted and sealed all the cracks.
