Before, the homeowner's pool deck in Shrewsbury, MA, suffered from a weathered appearance, detracting from the overall aesthetic. As you can see, typical concrete issues like stains and inconsistent coloring were apparent. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed these concerns using DecoShield®, transforming the space into a cohesive and appealing area. The pool deck now has a vibrant walnut hue, offsetting previous blemishes while enhancing durability and protection. This project highlights our commitment to enhancing curb appeal through expert concrete repair and artistic refinement.

This homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire was planning on selling their home but thought a large crack in the garage would deter potential buyers. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
A design specialist inspected the garage and recommended two options; seal the crack in the garage, or chip out the entire slab and pour a new slab. The homeowner wanted to go forward with the new slab pour.
Over the years, the concrete deck surrounding this inground pool in Dunbarton, NH had settled and caused cracks to form. There were uneven areas throughout the surface, and the homeowner was looking for a contractor to fix it up for them.
Our concrete repair team used slab jacks and PolyLevel, to lift, level, and stabilize the areas of concern throughout the pool deck. Some of the voids were 3 inches, which were completely filled and successfully lifted the cracked and sunken slab. The cracks and joints will then be sealed to add further protection against water and settlement concerns.
