Everlast Crawlspace Door, Stoneham, MA

This homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, had put a small addition on their home to extend one side of their home a couple of feet. This extension created a small crawlspace. They recently smelt an odor coming from the crawlspace and called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace because they thought the vapor barrier had failed. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and then inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, our specialist confirmed the vapor barrier had failed but there was the space wasn't completely closed off.
