Before, this Hollis, NH homeowner faced a daunting issue: excessive moisture and cold floors, threatening long-term damage to their home. As you can see in the transformation photo, our team tackled the challenge head-on. By equipping the crawl space with a comprehensive system—drainage matting, TerraBlock insulation, SilverGlo wall panels, CleanSpace liner, SmartDrain, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, topped off with an EverLast Door—we turned a concern into comfort. Notice the photo's clear contrast: what was once a worry is now a well-protected, efficient space.
A homeowner in Goffstown, NH had concerns with water flooding his crawl space. Although the owner had the personal belongings on wooden crates, over 3 inches of water filled the crawl space and damaged them. Looking to keep the crawl space dry all the time, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage and SmartSump sump pump to waterproof the crawl space. WaterGuard captures water along the border of the crawl space where the walls and floor meet and deliver water to the sump pump. The sump pump removes water out of the home through an exterior discharge line.
This waterproofing system keeps the crawl space dry all the time, ensuring the safety of the homeowner's storage space.
A homeowner in Canterbury, New Hampshire, had seen an ad in their local newspaper for crawlspace encapsulation and other services. The homeowners have lived in their home for the past 35 years and have wanted to improve the conditions of their crawlspace. The crawlspace was covered with dirt and debris and allowed moisture and drafts into the home. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace, SilverGlo, Rim Joist Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona to control the humidity.
A homeowner in Harvard, Massachusetts, has a crawlspace that they would like to be encapsulated. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended encapsulating the crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier to clean up the space and control the humidity down there.
A homeowner in Tilton, New Hampshire, noticed the floors in their home were sagging. They moved into their home at the end of 2020 and quickly noticed a sag in the middle of their floors. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into their crawlspace to eliminate the sag in their floors.
Our team installed a total of 15 SmartJacks to three different beams in the crawlspace to eliminate the sagging of the floors.
