This homeowner in Westford, Massachusetts had a cracked concrete pier under a support post. This post supports the addition of the home and the homeowner would like this fixed ASAP. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Justin Wenners found that the pier had a considerable chunk taken off of the top.
Crew Lead Chris Tremblay and his team removed the old concrete pier and installed the new EZ post where the old pier was.
A homeowner in Westford, Massachusetts, had been living in their home for the past 30 years. Since they moved in the foundation has had a small horizontal crack along the front-facing wall. Over the past 3 years, the crack had gotten worse and that wall had started to bow inward. Our design specialist recommended installing PowerBraces along the front-facing foundation wall. Our production team installed 7 PowerBraces to the foundation wall.
This homeowner in Nahua, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. The crack goes through both inside and out. Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa came to the home and inspected the crack and proposed a solution. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to the home and sealed the inside and outside of the crack.
The crawlspace on this home in Nashua, NH had a concrete wall with a large crack, which was all leaning in towards the top. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed PowerBrace wall supports to stabilize the wall, and can also be tightened over time to slightly straighten the wall. The cracks were then also sealed.
This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, was experiencing some sagging on the main level of their home. In their basement, they have some lally columns supporting the main beam then they have some 2x6 pieces of wood supporting another beam. They were looking to replace the pieces of wood with actual supports. Design Specialist David Cormier came to the home and inspected the basement and confirmed that they should replace the wooden supports for more advanced structural supports. He proposed to the homeowners installing SmartJacks. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his crew installed two SmartJacks where the wooden supports were.
