Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed push piers to stabilize and support our house's foundation. Everything was completed, the work area was cleaned up, and the crew foreman did well to explain everything. The crew was great, all very polite and always kept us up to date. The project ran into some unexpected hiccups (no fault of the EFS crew) and we were kept informed along the way. 

The description of Erickson Foundation Supportworks fit my need. I got your number from a vehicle and then checked your website. Stavros, the crew leader, is clever, sharp and competent. The crew, Chris and Dave, were polite and efficient. The methods for the solution were a little different than initially proposed, but today everything looks good. I would hire this company again. 

I would highly recommend Erickson Foundation Supportworks! They were all fantastic to work with from the office help to the quote process, in which the pricing was reasonable, given the age of the house. John was very helpful and patient with all my questions and the time it took me to think about such a large job. The work crew (led by Scott who was very knowledgeable and helpful), were all very competent, well trained, professionals, who were also super pleasant to deal with. Given the complexity of the project, they went "WAAAAYYYYY" above and beyond the requirement, including adding custom woodworking without any additional cost. they were neat and cleaned the work area well every day. They also had a senior person come out to help assess the work (Nathan), who was obviously an expert in the field, and who explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They all wore masks, kept socially distanced from me, and were very safety conscious in general. A crew member even offered to move my generator outside for me for a storm that was coming. I would definitely use them again if needed. Wonderful company.

I want to particularly thank Lorenzo the crew leader for the way he managed the work, communicated with us, viewed and problem-solved our upstairs cracks and what they might mean,; and for how he showed great professionalism and flexibility when final inspection revealed some additional steps.  And in his absence Tyler also communicated very effectively - the whole team was great to work with.   As we now monitor the situation and consider if there will be any further stages to the work if needed in the future, know that we will call on your company without hesitation for further work.

We needed new precast stairs and footings for the stairs. Not only did we receive assistance in selecting the stairs but when an issue arose with Shea’s precast stairs for our rear we received help from Erickson in negotiating a replacement and upgrade with Shea at a discount. Also, a repair was needed behind our front steps and was completed quickly and safely. The helical piles drilled into the ground were impressive and we really appreciate the effort taken to ensure our project proceeded on plan. I know that we will not have to worry about the work done, it was done with the utmost care. If we ever need any additional assistance with our foundation or any other work done that Erickson Foundation Solutions does, they will be our first call!! They really treated us wonderfully through a challenging replacement of our stairs!
