Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Concord, New Hampshire, owns their childhood home that was an heirloom for their family. The home was built in the 1860s and the homeowner grew up in this home. Since their childhood, over 40 years ago, the homeowner noticed the floors sinking and sloping. Notice in the before photo that the porch was sinking, with the wooden posts providing inadequate support due to sinking footings. To resolve the issue, we installed helical piers to stabilize and lift the porch foundation. In the after photo, you can see how we've connected engineered steel piers to competent bearing soil, provided new footings, and replaced the wooden posts. Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement. He recommended installing a Polywall restoration onto the foundation walls. Polywall Restoration will seal the walls and add an off-white color to the entire wall. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team sprayed all of the walls in the basement to permanently seal them.

Notice in the photo, the Pepperell, MA home had sagging floors due to incomplete stabilization from temporary supports.
