He concluded that the home would benefit from installing geolocks to counteract the wall being pushed outward. 

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team came to the home and dug a trench in the garage so that they could internally mount 3 geolocks under the garage floor. They drilled a long threaded rod from the back of the garage to the trench in the garage. Once they drill the rod to the trench they secure large plates to both ends and tighten them to create enough tension to secure the foundation wall. After, they filled the trench and put covers on the geolocks that are on the back of the garage.

This homeowner in Ayer, Massachusetts was experiencing water coming into their basement. The water was entering their basement from an unknown location beneath the slab. There are no cracks in the foundation, no cracks in the floor, and no cracks in the ceiling but the water was still coming in. Design Specialist John Prince proposed the installation of a French Drain in their basement. The French Drain will collect and guide the water out of the basement.
