In Center Harbor, NH, a homeowner was facing long, horizontal cracks and a dangerously bowing foundation in their garage. These are red flags indicating compromised structural integrity. As shown in the before photo, the potential for further damage loomed over the property's value and safety. To remedy this, we installed the GeoLock Wall Anchor System® beneath the garage floor, combatting the bowing effectively. Exterior plates secure these anchors firmly. Our team then applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant to the existing cracks, safeguarding against moisture intrusion. Notice in the after photo how the structure appears stable and secure.

Over the year and a half they have lived in the home they have seen the crack get worse. Now worried about their foundation they called EFS for a free inspection of their basement.
