Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The owner of a Condominium in Lowell, Massachusetts, had a horizontal crack on their foundation from the neighboring condo pressing against their foundation. The owners contacted their property management group from their condo association. The PM group looked at the problem and decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Project Manager/ Design Specialist Nate recommended using Helical Anchors to stabilize the foundation wall and then using Crack Injection to seal the horizontal crack on the wall. 

Our team installed 7 Helical Anchors and 27' of Crack Injection to the wall. 

This home in Lowell, MA was continuously getting a wet basement. Water was leaking in through the basement walls. Although there was a sump pump in place, the system wasn't properly catching all the water, nor was it homeowner friendly. An exposed pit with a pump is not an efficient system. Erickson Foundation Supportworks upgraded sump pump system, combined with a battery backup, is the complete, reliable system this homeowner deserved.

This boathouse on Cobbetts Pond in Windham was built in the 1940's. The foundation had several cracks which were progressively getting worse over time, and a permanent solution was needed to fix it. GeoLocks and Helical Piers combined to help stabilize the lateral movement of the wall, as well as the settling. 

This homeowner in Windham, New Hampshire moved into their home 5 years ago. Their home is only 6 years old but they have been noticing some cracks that had concerned them. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home. Michael had taken a deeper look at the cracks in the foundation. Michael found some settlement and a slight bow near the cracks in the foundation walls. Michael recommended having Geolocks installed on the foundation wall to stabilize the settlement issue.

A homeowner in Windham, New Hampshire, bought their home about 3 years ago. They were planning on selling the home in the coming months but wanted to address a crack that had been growing in the last 6 months.
