A homeowner in Deerfield, New Hampshire, has an issue where their chimney is pulling away from the home. Our team installed Push Piers under the chimney to add support. 

The owner of a home built in the 18th century has seen their foundation wall cracking. The cracking has progressively gotten worse and has caused a lot of concern for the homeowners. They called EFS to find a solution to repair the foundation wall. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and examined the foundation to find a solution. We recommended installing a new Masonry Block Foundation Wall to replace the old cracked Block Foundation Wall. 

This home in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire, had some foundation issues that were found during an inspection of the home. EFS was contacted to provide a solution and our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks to support and straighten the cracked and bowing cinder block wall. Our team proposed and installed 11 Geolock wall anchors, which fully stabilized the wall against any further bowing or movement.

As seen in the photo, this Franklin, NH home's block foundation wall was curving inward with stairstep cracks. The initial concern was wall stability—a common foundation problem that affects many homes. Erickson Foundation Solutions resolved this by implementing our PowerBrace System. By securing zinc-plated steel beams firmly against the wall with strategically placed brackets, we ensured long-term stability for the homeowner. Over time, these beams can be adjusted, not only stopping future inward movement but also potentially reversing the damage. Our professional approach creates safer, stable homes for our community.
