This homeowner in Salem, New Hampshire was experiencing some settling underneath the garage and basement floors. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist John Prince arrived at the home and inspected the home. John recommended installing SmartJacks in the garage and basement and also injecting PolyLevel to lift a settled part of the slab. 

Before: A homeowner in Northwood, NH was experiencing a wet basement and cold floors above due to unsealed fieldstone foundation walls. Gaps and voids in the stone foundation allowed moisture and cold air to enter the basement, contributing to discomfort and ongoing wall deterioration.

After: Erickson Foundation Solutions applied polyurethane foam insulation to the fieldstone walls, sealing gaps and creating a protective barrier against moisture intrusion. The foam also insulated the foundation walls, helping to reduce cold floors above while protecting the foundation from further deterioration.

A detached garage in Tewksbury, Massachusetts was cracked and unlevel. Erickson Foundation Solutions installed four Geolocks on the back wall of the garage to stabilize it. The crew also attached aesthetic covers to each Geolock.
