After scheduling an appointment through our Customer Care Specialist, a Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free inspection. Our Design Specialist noticed that the homeowner's basement wall was heavily cracked and bowing in, which is what was causing it to leak. Unfortunately, bowing walls are a sign of much worse problems. Thankfully, our free inspection allowed the homeowner to be aware of the bowing brick and fieldstone foundation and offer a solution before potentially collapsing.
