Kyle suggested that they seal the cracks with Crack Seal and install PowerBraces to secured and strengthen the wall.  Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and sealed the cracks and installed the PowerBraces to strengthen the foundation of the home. 

A homeowner that has only lived in their home for 6 months has found that one of the foundation walls in the basement is bulging and letting water in. They called EFS for a free inspection. The Design Specialist inspected and recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall.

Additionally, rusted support columns were replaced with the SmartJack® system, restoring proper support to the floor joists and helping to correct floor settlement and sagging. The completed project transformed the basement into a safer, more stable environment while providing the homeowner with confidence that the foundation and support system are protected for years to come.
