Nate had noticed some foundation problems while attending the wedding and decided to leave his business card with the staff of the B&B. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Over the years, the wood beams and columns supporting the floor above became rotten, which eventually meant the floor above began sagging. This before and after highlights replacing a failing, rotten wooden beam with one of our steel I-beams. The SmartJacks are installed beneath these steel beams.
