In the before photo, notice how rusting supports in the Wilton, NH homeowner's basement have deteriorated, posing a risk to the structural integrity of their home due to prolonged exposure to moisture and high humidity levels. To rectify this problem, we applied our expert knowledge and permanently secured their home by installing the SmartJack® System and supplemental beams. These solutions not only stabilized the basement beams and floor joists but also restored the floors above to their original elevation, effectively addressing weak foundation supports.
