The crawlspace on this home in Greenville, NH was full of moisture and was very damp. Over the years, the wood beams and columns supporting the floor above became rotten, which eventually meant the floor above began sagging. This before and after highlights replacing a failing, rotten wooden beam with one of our steel I-beams. The SmartJacks are installed beneath these steel beams.

This home in Leominster, MA had sagging floors and a dirty, dusty crawlspace. The floors and beams were stabilized with SmartJacks, and the dirt floor in the crawlspace was covered with Cleanspace vapor barrier.

This homeowner in Weare, New Hampshire, had recently installed a patio on the back of their attached garage. There was an existing crack in the foundation wall of the garage that had gotten larger after the patio was installed.
