This home in Leominster, MA had sagging floors and a dirty, dusty crawlspace. The floors and beams were stabilized with SmartJacks, and the dirt floor in the crawlspace was covered with Cleanspace vapor barrier.

There was an existing crack in the foundation wall of the garage that had gotten larger after the patio was installed. The homeowner called EFS for them to find a possible solution to stop the crack from getting bigger. Our Design Specialist recommended installing PowerBraces to stop the wall from deflecting further.
