This rental property owner has a property in Portsmouth, New Hampshire that required some attention. The owner had noticed a bow on her foundation wall as well as some waterproofing concerns. She decided to call EFS for a free inspection for homeowners. 

Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the rental property. During Michael's inspection, he found a long crack on the block foundation wall. Michael thinks that the crack in the wall is because of hydrostatic pressure. He had also found some moisture issues in the basement. Michael recommended installing PowerBraces, CleanSpace, Water Guard, Super Sumps, Freeze Guard, and Sani Dry.

This homeowner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire needed to install new lally columns into their basement. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and recommended that the home would benefit from installing SmartJacks into their basement. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team came to the home and installed some SmartJacks under the main support beam of the home.

A homeowner in Rye, New Hampshire. has lived in their home for the past 55 years. The home is over 100 years old and the homeowners plan to keep it in good condition to pass along to their children. They have been fixing the old home in phases. The current phase is to address the supports within the basement. 

The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and recommended installing 5 SmartJacks into the basement to replace the current wooden supports.

Our installation team installed the 5 SmartJacks under the main beam to add support to the floor system. We used the adjustable top to lift and level the floors above. The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
