Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

EFS sent Design Specialist John Prince came out to the home and inspected the foundation to see what EFS could do to strengthen it. John proposed that we will replace the crumbling brick with cinder blocks. 

Crew Lead and head Mason Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and rebuilt the brick portion of the foundation to strengthen the foundation. Marshall was relieved that they were able to add stability to the foundation that wasn't in the best shape. 

In Stoneham, MA, a homeowner faced unsettling movement in the finished basement due to detached wooden supports from the main beam, raising structural concerns.
