Radon Removal in North Andover, MA

A homeowner in North Andover, MA contacted us after discovering elevated radon levels in their home. Concerned about the health risks associated with radon gas, they turned to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution. After a free home inspection, our System Design Specialist, Debra Rayborn, recommended the best course of action to safeguard their home.

We installed a comprehensive radon mitigation system, which included creating an extraction point to remove radon from the soil beneath the foundation, fitting PVC pipes to safely channel the radon outside, installing a radon fan to actively draw the gas from under the home, and extending additional piping above the roofline for safe removal. With these measures in place, the homeowner can now rest assured that their home is protected from radon gas.
