This homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire was experiencing higher than normal radon levels. The homeowner had previously received a radon test in his home. The results of the test were around 10 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the home. Stephen recommended installing a new radon mitigation system into the home. Stephen designed a radon system to fit in the home.
Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed the radon mitigation system.
Emily M. of Stratham, New Hampshire had tested for radon a couple of years ago. The results came back at 40 pCi/L which is very high. She now wants her home to have clean fresh air everywhere. After mulling over it for a while she thinks it is finally time to install a radon mitigation system into her basement. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and designed a radon mitigation system for the home.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and installed a new radon mitigation system into the basement of the home. Once the radon system was turned on the levels started decreasing till they got to healthier numbers. She was impressed with how fast the installation process was. She was happy with the results of the project.
This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire has a fully finished basement and was concerned about the radon levels in the basement. They want to have clean air in the basement so they don't have to worry about the air they breathe down there. When a radon test was taken, their levels came back as 10-11 pCi/l. These levels are considered above normal and should be brought down to below 4 pCi/l.
The homeowner's called Erickson Foundation Supportworks to see about installing a Radon Mitigation System. Paul Magowan is a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks; he was able to come out to the homeowner's home and look at the options of installing a Radon System. Paul designed a system for their home and then passed his design to the Crew Lead for this project, Scott Crandall. Scott and his team were able to successfully install the Radon System into the homeowner's home. By doing so they reduced the radon levels to below 4pCi/l.
Overall the homeowners were happy with their radon system installation.

A homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire, had a passive system installed in the home. The homeowners received mail that said they were giving a free radon test because of Radon Awareness Month. The homeowner filled out the paperwork and was sent a free radon test. The homeowner set up the radon test and the results came back between 8.4 and 10.6 pCi/L. Our design specialist recommended installing a radon fan on their passive radon system.
