This homeowner in New Ipswich, New Hampshire has lived in their home since it was built in 2021. They have always known about the radon levels in their home but wanted to address them after living in the home for two and a half years. They called EFS to meet with our Design Specialist and we designed a system to lower the radon levels in their home to a comfortable level.

Now that the cracks are sealed, water can no longer flow under the slab from the surface, which is what led to the settlement concerns to begin with.
