This homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire was experiencing leaking around their bulkhead. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and looked over the bulkhead and basement area to diagnose a problem. Paul concluded that the somewhere between the bulkhead and the foundation is where water is entering the basement. So Paul proposed that Erickson installs a new bulkhead and make sure that it is sealed so water can't get in. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his crew came to the home, installed the new bulkhead, and attached and sealed it to the foundation to ensure that water won't leak into the basement anymore.
John N. of Londonderry, New Hampshire was experiencing high radon levels in his home. John has kids that he wants to keep safe he wants to know his options. He decided to call EFS about installing a radon mitigation system. Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez came to the home and talked to John about the effects of radon and how a radon mitigation system would help. John decided that it was necessary for his home to have a radon mitigation system installed.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to the home and installed a custom radon system for the home. The radon system was installed in less than a day and reduced the amount of radon in the air soon after it was turned on.
John was happy with the reduced levels of radon in the basement and now has peace of mind.
This homeowner in Londonderry, New Hampshire had an issue where the supports of their sunroom were failing. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa arrived at the home and inspected the sunroom. He found that the supports under the sunroom are sinking and beginning to bow. In addition to inspecting the outside of the sunroom, Michael also inspected the inside of the sunroom. Michael discovered that the sunrooms floors are out of level. Michael recommended to the homeowners that they should have EFS replace the sunroom supports and replace them with EZ posts.
Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and began installing temporary posts in order to remove the old posts. After the old posts are removed, the team installed new EZ posts. Using the EZ posts the team was able to level the floor of the sunroom.
