However, the signs of cracks indicated there were voids under the concrete, which down the road could lead to settlement and further damage to the structure. The homeowner decided to be proactive and protect his home, and so our team injected PolyLevel beneath the cracking slab to completely fill the voids that had formed. With the concrete permanently stabilized, there is no longer a risk of further settlement for more cracks forming on the surface. The cracks were also sealed with NexusPro silicone, which will prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete and causing any further erosion.

The Design Specialist came up with a solution that would stop the foundation from leaning. The solution that was proposed to the homeowner was to build a retaining wall against the foundation wall. 

Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed the new retaining wall that attaches to the existing leaning foundation wall. The retaining wall extends the length of the leaning foundation wall to stabilize the wall.
