This homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire had noticed a vertical crack in their foundation that shows on the inside and outside of their foundation. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the interior and exterior of the home. Kenny inspected the crack. Kenny recommended installing Push Piers and PolyLevel.

They tested the home and the results averaged around 8 pCi/L and the homeowners decided to call EFS to have them design a radon mitigation system for their home. Our Design Specialist created a plan for the installation of the system and our installation team followed that plan and installed the radon system and lowered the radon levels in the home.

They purchased the home in 1987 and recently began making some upgrades to their basement to help with radon and water intrusion so they can use their basement more. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home. Our installation team installed over 150 feet of drainage around the basement, a sump pump, a SmartJack, and exterior drainage to protect the home from water and sagging floors.
