A homeowner in Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts, had radon concerns in their home. They had a gym in their basement that they would like to use without worrying about radon. Our design specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system in the basement. Our radon team installed the radon pipe in the basement and the fan on the side of the home. The design specialist selected a part of the home that isn't visible to the public so the radon fan is discrete. 

This homeowner had a large foundation wall crack in their basement. To effectively seal it, we first injected a polyurethane sealant, which expands as a foam inside the crack. The surface of the crack is then sealed with an epoxy. This two part system is guaranteed to stop any leaks and prevent any water damage. A crack monitor is also installed to help monitor any future foundation wall movement.

In Salem, New Hampshire, a homeowner experienced a leak in their foundation under their stairs and wanted to resurface their walkway. Design Specialist John Merna came to the home and inspected all of the homeowners' concerns. John then created a plan to send over to Crew Lead Jon Provost. Jon and his team came to the home and first sealed the crack, then they resurfaced the walkway and finally installed a new set of stairs.

This homeowner in Salem, New Hampshire had some settling in their garage and needed it to be repaired. Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and determined the home would benefit from PolyLevel. Crew Lead Cody Gosselin and his team came to the home and injected PolyLevel into the area where the concrete was settling.
