This homeowner in Tewksbury, Massachusetts wants to have a drainage system that can be installed around utilities in the basement. The homeowner has water entering the basement but would like a system to be able to go around obstructions in the basement. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team arrived at the home and installed 16' of Water Guard and maneuvered it around the water heater in the basement. 

This homeowner in Tewksbury, Massachusetts was experiencing water entering their finished basement. They decided they needed to contact a contractor in their area. EFS was one of the contractors that stuck out the most to the homeowner. They called EFS and they came to the home and performed a full inspection and recommended a solution that would permanently fix their problem. The crew installed 288 sqft of SentrySeal to the foundation of the home to stop water from leaking into their finished basement. 

This concrete patio was sinking because of excessive water coming off of the roof during heavy rain storms. The Erickson production crew installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to  to lift, level, and seal the concrete patio. Water flowing over the patio would now flow away from the home and over the edge rather than beneath the concrete.

A detached garage in Tewksbury, Massachusetts was cracked and unlevel. Erickson Foundation Solutions installed four Geolocks on the back wall of the garage to stabilize it. The crew also attached aesthetic covers to each Geolock.
