This year the homeowner went on vacation a short drive away from Salem. During their vacation, a rainstorm flooded the basement, and they had to return early to remove the water. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement and we recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system into the basement to collect any water that entered the basement and pump it out.
