This homeowner in Arlington, Massachusetts needed a Radon Mitigation System. They had gotten a radon test done in 2003 and the levels came back at 14 and 16 pCi/l. The pCi/l should be around 4.0 or below.
Erickson Foundation Supportworks, Design Specialist John Prince, was able to come to the homeowner's house and design a radon system for them. After designing a radon system, a team lead, Scott Crandall comes in with their team and installed the radon system in the home. Post-installation, the team checks that everything is working as it should and double-checks that the radon levels have lowered to below 4.0 pCi/l.

Now that the homeowner has their radon levels back to normal they are now able to do further work in their basement.

Jason passed the design to Scott Crandall, the Crew Lead for this project. Scott and his crew were able to install the Radon system into the home. They were able to reduce the radon levels to below 4.0 pCi/l.
This homeowner in Arlington, Massachusetts had concerns about high radon levels that could affect the health of their family. The homeowner decided to test their basements radon levels; the levels came back at 4.5-5.5 pCi/l. Design Specialist Michael Biedrzycki visited the home to see where the best place to install a radon mitigation system would be. After finding out where the system will go, Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed the radon mitigation system in one day. The homeowner was relieved when the system was installed and immediately started to lower the radon levels.
