Our Design Specialist, Tom Armano, met with the homeowner, assessed the basement, and suggested the installation of a perimeter drainage system to prevent water from entering the basement.

Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended replacing the supports and installing Helical Piers under the porch. Our Installation Team arrived at the home and installed 3 Helical Piers under the porch and stabilized the floors.

This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts was looking to sell their home. The homeowner had two small cracks in their foundation wall that they would like sealed before they show their home. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team sealed 8' of cracks using Injection Crack Sealant and installed a crack monitor on each crack. 

This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts was experiencing moisture in their basement. They have a dehumidifier installed in the basement of their second home. They decided they would like to have one at their main house too. They called EFS for a free inspection.
