A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had recently moved into their 1880s home in June 2022. When they moved in the home inspector noted some areas in the home that could use improvement, one of them being upgrading the sump pump in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended upgrading their sump pump to a TripleSafe to ensure water cannot enter the basement.
The homeowner plans on installing workout equipment in the basement after the job was complete.
A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had been experiencing water entering their basement since they bought the home a couple of years ago. They had plans to finish the basement in the future but couldn't because of the water issue. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage and radon system in the basement to prevent water and radon from entering the basement.
This homeowner was concerned with the concrete near their pool steps being uneven. The joint where two concrete slabs met was uneven, as one side had settled over the years. The also forced the joint sealer to split, leaving an unsightly gap or tear.
Rather than replace the concrete, which would be costly and disruptive for their patio, the were pleased to know PolyLevel slab injection was an option. Repairs took less than a day, and they were able to continue using their patio within minutes of installation. Once the slab was leveled, NexusPro was also applied to tidy up the joint and seal it correctly.
