Our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to collect any water that enters the basement and pump it out. 

Our installation team installed a TripleSafe, 2 IceGuards, and 130' of WaterGuard into the basement to collect any water in the basement and pump it out. 

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, was looking to do some remodeling to their home, but they had seen the floors sag more since they moved in two years ago. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks to the floor system to eliminate the sag in the floors. Our Installation Team installed 13 SmartJacks to the floor system from the basement to strengthen the floor system and eliminate the sag.
