A homeowner in Methuen Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built in 1756 and has lived in the home for 40+ years. For many years they have seen water and moisture entering the crawlspace through the fieldstone foundation. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist looked at the foundation and recommended installing Poly Level Wall Restoration to the inside foundation wall to prevent water from entering the crawlspace and basement.
This homeowner in Methuen, MA was concerned with the condition of the concrete leading into their garage. Due to water constantly flowing beneath the concrete, the soil supporting the slabs had eroded away, resulting in sinking concrete that was cracked and broken throughout the surface. For larger slabs, PolyLevel is ideal for lifting and stabilizing concrete. However, in this case, the individual slabs which made up this concrete apron were smaller, and the spider web of cracks made it difficult for slab jacking to be an effective solution. Our concrete repair specialists stabilized and fixed some of the concrete within the garage, and then on the outside poured a new concrete garage apron for the homeowner. The results were great and the homeowner was happy with the results and the new apron entrance to his garage.
